Job Title: EPM & ERP Functional Lead

Job Duties: Design solutions for profit and loss statements, allocate accounts and other financial statements. Ensure numbers and data meet accounting audit assertion. Develop complex chart of accounts (CoA) and redesign projects which are newly merged. Refine account mapping and facilitate better internal and external reporting and financial projections. Prepare and analyze accounting, budgeting, and forecasting models with clients and streamline opportunities. Manage bank reconciliations, create project plans, identify and track risks logs, and modify strategies. Handle Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) implementation and improve target operating model in accounting and finance function. Analyze financial statements and provide functional advice on financials matters such as: planning, forecasting, and accounting impact on users. Write test cases and scripts based on each accounting functional area and perform user acceptance testing. Provide program leadership for SAP and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation to leading international clients. Review and organize fixed asset schedule. Evaluate accounting reports and identify necessary data for data warehouse. Formulate SOW, gather requirements, create RTM, and perform GAP analysis. Advise and assist clients on various accounting practices such as accounts receivable, inventory, foreign currency, inter-company, and inventory transactions. Create financials reports like GAAP, P&L, non-GAAP, EBITDA, Sales, Marketing, and Summary reports.

Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements: associate degree in business administration or Equivalent + 2 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
